The article discusses a case report of a patient with pruritic papulo-nodular lesion on face with a tendency of bleeding on minor trauma. The clinical characteristics of the patient are discussed. Results of the Mantoux test, liver function test and renal profile and histopathological examination are revealed. Some questions and answers regarding the case are also provided.
