ABSTRACT
This article focuses on the 100,000th mailer event held by the nonprofit organization Operation Gratitude in California. Volunteers of the Operation Gratitude provide services to the California Army National Guard armory in Van Nuys, California, sending care packages and letters of support to soldiers deployed overseas. An addresss was delivered by its Carolyn Blashek, founder of Operation Gratitude, during the event. The group's initiatives are supported by corporate sponsors.
