ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the Service Members Opportunity Colleges and Army Degree (SOCAD) and the Army Career Degree Program (ACDP) of the U.S. Army. More than SOCAD ACDP colleges provide classroom or distance-learning, testing, certification and licensure options for degree requirements.
