ABSTRACT
The article deals with the Army Continuing Education System. The system delivers a full range of learning programs that help soldiers meet educational and professional goals. Some of the programs and services include academic and vocational counseling, Basic Skills Program, high school completion, postsecondary programs and tuition assistance and testing. The system also promotes lifelong learning opportunities with the goal of sharpening the Army's competitive edge.
