The article discusses the education of clients by financial planners. Education for clients is extremely important because it improves decision-making and influences how comfortable they are with investing, as well as providing a way for financial planners to manage client expectations. Several methods of client education are discussed, including face-to-face client meetings, seminars, office workshops, quarterly newsletters, support e-mails, and Web site postings and forums designed to offer broad help.
