ABSTRACT
The article discusses the book "Just Enough," by Laura Nash and Howard Stevenson. The book's message stresses that success is a lifelong process, and that ambitious people need to spend time enjoying the simpler things in life rather than working constantly. Rather than put off one's happiness, one should make sure to participate in pleasurable activities on a daily basis and lead a balanced life that is comprised of both work and play. Embracing this concept can be as simple as going for a walk during lunch hour.
