ABSTRACT
The article reports on the plan of Clark County Airport Enterprise, operator of McCarran International Airport, to sell $550 million of short- and long-term debt in three negotiated sales over the next two months in Las Vegas, Nevada. Proceeds of the sale will fund the ongoing contraction as part of its capital improvement plan through 2012. Moreover, Siebert Branford Shank & Co. will serve as lead manager, while Citigroup Global Markets Inc. will act as book runner of the transaction.
