ABSTRACT
The article highlights the study that examined strategic sourcing practices of companies across all sectors including financial services, consumer products, manufacturing, retail, and high technology from Archstone Consulting. It found that half of the respondent companies were over $1.5 billion in revenues. The challenges facing supplier relationships include supplier relationship practices that are inconsistent across the organization.
