ABSTRACT
The article pursues the main problems of banks' asset structure management. These are - the provision of stable and qualitative structure of assets and liabilities, protecting assets from losses, careful diversification of active and passive operations and ensuring the maximum of asset profitability. The author implies that banks have to use both the classical and the new promising methods, such as financial flow management in order to manage their assets structure.
