ABSTRACT
The article reports that Linksys has launched new routers from its Small Business Series line, the Gigabit Security Router with virtual private network and the Security Sockets Layer/Internet Protocol security VPN Router. These new advanced routers offers highly secure network solutions for small businesses and their remote employees while providing the performance and capabilities that small businesses demand. The capabilities of the Gigabit security router includes a 1,000 Megabits per second of networking bandwidth on each of its ports and connecting up to five IPSec remote users securely over the Internet. It also features the Linksys proven Stateful Packet Inspection firewall with an integrated Intrusion Detection and Prevention system.
