ABSTRACT
We have performed 40ns MD simulation of fully hydrated mixed phospholipid bilayer, consisting of 1-stearoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphatidylcholine, 1-stearoyl-2-arachidonoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphatidylethanolamine, 1-palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphatidylcholine and 1-palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphatidylethanolamine molecules. Some structural parameters on water orientation have been analyzed. The mean cosine of water molecules dipole with z axis has been calculated and compared with experimental finding.
