According to RCN, it agreed to sell its cable system for $45 million in cash to Astound Broadband. Time Warner Inc. said to adjust for certain advertising revenues that were improperly accounted for in 2000 and 2001, it will restate its consolidated financial results for each of the years from 2000 through 2005 and for the six months ended June 30. 2006.
