Satellite Providers Top J.D. Power, Again

The article reports that DirecTV Inc. and Dish Network have dominated J.D. Power & Associates' annual customer satisfaction survey. DirectTV was ranked as the overall best pay TV company, receiving the top rankings in performance and reliability, cost of service, billing, image, offerings and promotions and customer service. The direct-broadcast satellite provider also got the most points with 686 in J.D. Power's survey in the East region. Scoring 690 points, Cox was the top pay TV provider in the West.
