ABSTRACT
This article presents several news briefs related to the electronics industry. Rice University in Texas has developed a new method to reject metallic carbon nanotubes and select the semiconducting ones based on dielectric constant. MAX9508 and MAX9512 four channel video amplifiers from Maxim control power consumption by turning on only when they detect the video input signal and output loads.
