ABSTRACT
The article reports on the plan of the New Jersey Building Authority to sell about $47.1 million of lease revenue bonds in a competitive sale. The Series 2006A bonds will be sold through the Parity electronic bidding system of i-Deal LLC. McCarter & English will be the bond counsel for the deal. The bonds are supported by annual lease payments from the state, and the proceeds will be used to build a public health, agricultural, and environmental laboratory.
