The article reports that Mill, the London-based post- production company has hired the investment bank Long Acre Partners to handle their proposed secondary buyout or initial public offer. Founded in 1990 as London's first all-digital post-production facility, the Mill is looking to end its relationship with the venture capital company 31PLC.
