The article announces the resignation of Peter Hill as co-manager of public finance at JPMorgan. Former UBS senior manager Bill Johnson will replace Hill as head of municipal finance. The shifts is part of a larger restructuring of the New York bank's municipal finance operations. Similar changes have been instituted by JPMorgan in its other divisions.
