ABSTRACT
The article reports on the importance of communications in the security programs. In the case of the September 11 terrorist attacks, one factor for the failure in security was the lack of cross-organizational communication of vital and available information. An effective and solid information travels in many directions. According to a survey in a recent article in "CSO Magazine," the ability to communicate effectively as the most important personal skill vital to career success.
