Bain Capital sells on Brenntag

The article reports on the sale of chemicals distributor Brenntag Holding GmbH and Co. KG to private investment firm BC Partners by Bain Capital Inc. BC Partners plans to prepare Brenntag for a stock exchange listing and will support local Brenntag management, invest in the business and look for ways to further improve performance. Bain Capital plans to retain a minority interest in Brenntag, although it did not say what that interest would be.
