ABSTRACT
The article reports on the establishment of a joint venture between Finland's Kemira in Brazil with Metachem Industrial e Comercial for the production, marketing and sale of feed additives in South America. The joint venture will sell feed additives produced in São Paulo, Brazil as well as Kemira's output from organic acid derivative plants in Tiel, the Netherlands and Barcelona, Spain.
