Investors buy Knape & Vogt

The article reports that investment firm, Wind Point Partners has acquired Knape and Vogt Manufacturing, a furniture components supplier, for $106 million in cash and assumed debt. Under the terms of the acquisition deal, Knape's stock ceased to be traded on the Nasdaq market at the close of trading on July 28, 2006.
