ABSTRACT
The article reports on the restructuring of Palliser Furniture, a residential furniture manufacturer and importer in Canada. Palliser President Art DeFehr explains that the restructuring creates new growth opportunities in a competitive market. The restructuring created five operating companies, namely Palliser Furniture, Blend Furniture, Arconas, EQ3 and DeFehr Furniture.
