ABSTRACT
This article reports on the SoCuisine concept integrated by Sodexho at The Palms residential dining center at Valdosta State University. Bob Agee, Valdosta's general manager, explains that SoCuisine is a customized approach to culinary dining for college students that creates student-friendly social gathering space, as well as space for the whole dorm floor to dine together should they want to.
