ABSTRACT
This article reports on the creation of a self-branded pizza that meets the requirements set down for the National School Lunch Program. Papa Pavy's Pizza is currently being served daffy in 18 of the Santa Clarita Valley's 40 elementary schools. According to Pavel Matustik, chief administrative officer of the Santa Clarita Valley School Agency, the main reason for making the switch is that California is placing tough nutritional restrictions on school lunch.
