This article details the revamping of The Melt, the hot sandwich station of Corning Inc. According to Joseph Kilmer, dining services supervisor, they used to have a boring menu with six items and boring signs and now they decided to add more options, flavors and combos, and made things healthier. This conversion is part of Corning's three-year strategy to overhaul its brands and concepts to create a more retail feel in its dining room.
