The article focuses on the attempts by International Code Council (ICC) to align with several organizations to spread the word on building safety. As a result, Virginia based code developer Falls Church, has announced joint projects with ASTM International, which tests materials and the Masonry Society and the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers.
