ABSTRACT
The article reports on the statistics of published privacy law books in the U.S. In 2001 there were 24 published privacy law books, it grew to 36, but then dropped to 32 in 2002. In 2003, 39 new titles were introduced, and in 2004, it reached to 51 new titles. However, in 2005, the count declined a little to 47 books. Moreover, in 2006, 27 books of privacy law were published or for publication, which showed a slight lower year-end total. There are now 446 privacy law books in print.
