Jet;8/14/2006, Vol. 110 Issue 6, p49
The article discusses a homeless Detroit man's reward for turning in $21,000 in bonds that he discovered. Charles Moore found the bonds while looking for returnable bottles and decided to turn them in to a local homeless shelter. The bond owner's son, Neil Lehto, rewarded Moore with $100 but many in the community thought Moore should have received more. Moore received donations that totalled over $4,000, along with a possible job offer. He plans on finding housing with the money he received.
