ABSTRACT
The article discusses the nutritional value of grapes. James A. Joseph, chief of the Neuroscience Laboratory at Tufts University reveals that there is a correlation between grape color and its degree of antioxidant properties. Information is presented on another type of antioxidant found in white grapes.
