The article highlights a Moody's Investors Service report on the use of electronic toll collection systems in the United States. According to the report, the use of the systems is likely to have a minimal effect on the credit quality of toll roads. The open road tolling allows vehicles to travel at normal speeds when passing through toll collection points.
