ABSTRACT
The article reports that Mike Fahey, Mayor of Omaha, Nebraska, has revealed a $485.6 million fiscal 2007 budget that included plans to issue up to $50 million of bonds. The bonds will be used to pay for a study that will pinpoint the cost and needs for upgrading the city's sewer system over the next 15-20 years.
