Among the basic lifestyles prescriptions are the maintenance of a healthy weight, the consumption of adequate fruits and vegetables, regular exercise, and nonsmoking habits. Most physicians also provide effective lifestyle counseling which helps people find what they need in order to maintain healthful lifestyle.
