ABSTRACT
The author relates her experience when she tried deep water jogging for her multiple sclerosis therapy. She wears a floatation belt around her waist to enable her to jog in the deep level of the pool. Her left leg hangs limp at the first few laps of deep water jogging. She emphasizes that such aquatic exercise helps to improve her stamina, stand longer and walk further with the aid of a walker.
