ABSTRACT
The article explains that a public opinion poll reveals uncertain public support for California state infrastructure bond measures worth more than $37 billion. The bond authorizations deal with water quality and parks, transportation, schools, flood protection, housing and emergency shelter. Californians will vote on the November 2006 ballot.
