The article reports on the merger of occasional and casual dining importer Studio 99 and sister company Ligo Products to increase the efficiencies and market exposure of both companies. Ligo will be able to control costs and expand its lineup. Studio 99 offers contemporary furniture and uses a mix of metal and glass.
