This article presents real stories from Environmental Conservation officers (ECO) in the field in New York. ECO Joshua Ver Hague uncovered the reason behind the decrease in the amount of litter found in the Betty Allen Nature Preserve. ECOs Mark Klein and Scott Steingart investigated a complaint about fishermen taking undersized fish and fishing without licenses at Swinging Bridge Reservoir.
