ABSTRACT
The article reports on the plan of GE Commercial Finance to acquire the Custom Fleet business of the National Australia Bank. Custom Fleet will be joining the existing Fleet Services businesses of GE Commercial Finance in Australia, New Zealand and Great Britain. The business deal is anticipated to finish in the third quarter of 2006 but it is still subject to regulatory approvals.
