ABSTRACT
This article deals with the plans of DogiEFA to invest in an elastic fabric plant in the Asian Apparel and Fabric Technology Park in Thulhiriya, Sri Lanka. DogiEFA is a joint venture between Spain's Dogi International Fabrics, Elastic Fabrics of America and Sri Lanka's Mas Holdings. The construction will begin in August 2006 and the plant will be in full production by June 2007, according to Dhanan-jaya Rajapaksha, chief executive officer of DogiEFA.
