Sabic names money team for complex in Al-Jubail

The article reports that Sabic has named the financial organisers and lead arrangers of a loan for its affiliate, Saudi Kayan Petrochemical's complex in Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia. BNP Paribas, Arab Banking Corp. and Samba Financial Group will manage the loan to Saudi Kayan Petrochemical. Samba Financial Group has also been appointed as financial adviser and initial public offer manager for Saudi Kayan's planned public subscription.
