ABSTRACT
The article presents information on Click to Call, a voice over Internet Protocol-enabled system that would provide a way for customers to select vehicle preferences from business to business communications solutions provider eStara launched by the Chrysler Group. The company used the Web as a response to the increasing number of shoppers who use the Internet to gather information during their automobile-shopping process. The firm has experienced a 92 percent completion rate for the system.
