ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the on-demand customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities of the enterprise software company SAP discussed during its conference held in Orlando, Florida in 2006. Enterprise services architecture, a combination of enterprise services and service oriented architecture was the main attraction of the event. The firm anticipates to move its entire CRM offering to its hybrid model by 2007. Enhancements to the SAP Sales on-demand solution include account and opportunity management capabilities.
