ABSTRACT
The article reports on the increase in market share of the computer products being offered by Apple Computer brought about by their design-inspired and user friendly machine. The big-budget advertising and marketing campaigns for the Mac computer contributed also to the increase. The rising numbers are important because Mac adds considerably more to Apple's bottom line than the iPod digital music player.
