ABSTRACT
The article reports on the move of Qimonda AG to file the registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for its planned initial public offering (IPO) with a price range between $16 to $18 per share. Qimonda expects to receive proceeds of between $672 million and $756 million from the IPO, which intends to use to fund investments in its manufacturing facilities. One of the joint book-running managers for the offering is Credit Suisse.
