ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the views of the author on several advertising campaigns launched recently. According to the author, the new direct mail campaign for Volkswagen AG, in which a jigsaw puzzle is used, is not likely to work for the car manufacturer. A television commercial for VO5 hair gel is simple but does not make any sense to the author.
