IPG media agencies net Bang & Olufsen

The article reports that media agencies Initiative Media Inc. and Universal McCann have been appointed by Bang & Olufsen A/S, the hi-fi and TV manufacturer, to handle its global media planning and buying. Initiative will look after market in the U.S. Universal McCann will oversee the business in Great Britain, Germany and Italy. It is reported that Bang & Olufsen's advertising agency Kunde & Co., will not be affected by the media appointment.
