ABSTRACT
The article reports that the Internet portal Microsoft Network (MSN) has received rights for the television program "Arrested Development," in a three-outlet deal that also included G4 and HDNet. MSN will make all the episodes of the television program available on demand with advertisements. MSN will also create original interactive elements in its efforts to build an online community and attract new fans.
