ABSTRACT
The article reports on California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's endorsement of Proposition 84, a $5.4 billion bond measure for parks, water and environmental projects. The measure has reached the statewide ballot on November 2005 through a petition drive financed by a variety of environmental groups. According to the supporters of Proposition 84, the governor's endorsement will make it an easier sell to the electorate.
