ABSTRACT
The article reports that Moody's Investors Services plans to keep the University of Puerto Rico's underlying Baa2 rating on watch list for possible downgrade. The rating agency is evaluating Puerto Rico's 2007 fiscal year budget to determine what influence it may have on the university's finances. The rating is for the university's $440 million of outstanding debt.
