ABSTRACT
The article reports on the ratification of a four-year labor agreement by the United Steelworkers, between Alcoa and 9,000 employees at 15 locations in North America. The competitiveness of the locations is improved by the deal according to Alain Belda, chairman and chief executive officer of Alcoa.
