ABSTRACT
The article reports on the contract of Morgan Construction for the building of a combination bar and rod mill of Acindar in Villa Constitución, Argentina. The mill will roll special bar quality products for high-end industrial applications, including the automobile industry. About 500,000 tons per year is the expected capacity of the mill.
